If your order is received Friday after 4:00 PM PST it will be processed until Monday or following business day.
Orders received on Sat or Sunday, will be processed on Monday or Following business day.
We do not process orders received on Holidays until the next business day.

Sales are Final but we allow our clients to return an item within the next 3 days after the package was received. After 3 days, the order is no longer eligible for return.

To return an item this must be in the same condition as it was when you received, unused and it is original package. Please include a copy of your Invoice or receipt with the return. The credit will go back to the same account that was used for payment and in the same method.
Shiping Fees are not refundable and you must be able to print a return label if Return is approved.
If an item is damage upon arrival, the damage must be reported to [email protected] within 24 hours after receiving the package. We will contact you back within 24 hours to start the replacement.
On Sale Items or Clearence are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
All returns must be first approved by email. please do not just return an item and expect credit for it if you have not followed the previous instructions and respected the policies
Can I choose the color of my package?
No. All Items are perfectly packaged before shipping. the piece of Eyewear will always leave our facilities protected but the inner cases material and design may vary based on the type of item that you’ve purchased, it’s size, the style and the line of the sunglasses that it belongs to and its value. And they may be subject to Availability.
